How To Exchange Or Return An Item

If your purchase is not quite what you're looking for, you have 14 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us for an exchange or refund. You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website. Items marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Simply follow these steps: 

All domestic orders ship with a prepaid return mailing label. To ship an item back to Rockboostar please:

  1. Sign into your account, go to View All Orders and select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
  2. Click 'Create Exchange/Return' and follow the steps.
  3. Pack your item(s) and affix the prepaid mailing label to the top of the package.
  4. If you are including items from multiple orders please write down the order numbers on a sheet of paper and include them in the package.
  5. For exchanges, we recommend you reserve your exchange item online via your purchase history or contact customer service. 
  6. Mail your package using one of the following methods:
    1. Drop your package at a UPS/USPS location (determined by your return label) without waiting in line. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end. Visit the UPS or USPS site to find the closest location. 
    2. Alternatively, you can leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS/FedEx pick-up. 

Our Returns Policy

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.Returns that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described.  Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

Tracking my return 

Your return tracking number is stored in your purchase history. When viewing your history, you can click on the respective order number for your return and the return tracking number will be itemized beneath each item that was included in the order. You can trace your return using that tracking number on UPS.com.

Refunds

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable. Your refund will be credited to the payment method used to place the order and will exclude:

  • $7.95 + tax for your return
  • the initial delivery cost
